Information YumeWatch collects
YumeWatch currently has no user accounts, comments, payments, advertising, or analytics. The application does not automatically collect names, email addresses, or precise location data. If a visitor chooses to email YumeWatch, including through the contact form that prepares a message in the visitor’s email app, the visitor provides the information included in that message. Cloudflare Pages and related security services may process routine technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp to deliver and protect the website under Cloudflare’s own terms.
Local preferences
The schedule may store a selected timezone. Episode pages may store watch progress and the country selected for a YouTube region-metadata check. These preferences stay on the device and are not sent to YumeWatch by those features.
Third-party services
Anime metadata and remote image URLs come primarily from AniList, with Jikan available as an optional fallback. Browser requests for those images disclose ordinary connection data to the image host. AniList-supplied trailer embeds use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain and may load when an anime page is opened. The official-episode feature uses the YouTube Data API and stores limited public video metadata, which is refreshed or removed within 30 days. The current design also loads font files from Google Fonts. Opening an external provider or source link subjects the visitor to that service’s own privacy policy.
YouTube playback
YumeWatch does not load the official episode player until the visitor chooses to load it. YouTube may then receive basic technical and playback information to render the player, enforce restrictions, measure playback, prevent abuse, and personalize its service. Review the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. YumeWatch does not request access to a visitor’s YouTube account.
